We had a fantastic time at Twinpalms. The pool was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, and it felt like swimming in a paradise. The lagoon pool room was a great choice, with the pool right outside our bedroom. The breakfast had a lovely variety of options, and the gym was well-equipped for a good workout. The staff were really nice and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience that fulfils all your exclusive amenities needs. The spa and wellness centre, complete with a full body massage and body wraps, is a perfect place to unwind. Along with the stunning outdoor swimming pool, there is also a library, garden area and a restaurant offering halal food. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring one feels right at home, and the location is ideal for peace and quiet.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the breakfast buffet lacked variation on a few mornings. However, the exquisite make-up services and the exclusive private facilities, such as the treatment room and spa lounge, more than made up for it.

The location of the hotel is a major advantage as it is on far nicer Kamala beach, with a public beach also very close by. There are also shops in the vicinity, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good amenities and a large private pool in the upgraded suites. The breakfast, although not extensive, offers the essentials of a brunch-style meal. Additionally, the beach club across the street provides access to the beach, beach lounge chairs, and a lively atmosphere at night.

The hotel could improve its cleanliness and maintenance in certain areas, such as cleaning stains on the covers in the reception seating area and the sun bed mattresses in the pool area.

The room design was modern and comfortable, and the privacy was great. The breakfast provided was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel did not match the pictures online and was not located on the beach as expected. The staff could be more professional and at times seemed rude.
