Maintenance spray didn't inspire confidence after finding multiple bugs. It felt like the hotel could improve communication and cleanliness to match the promising amenities. Definitely mixed feelings about returning.

Let's start with the positives , we really appreciated the comfortable beds and the overall cleanliness of the bedding. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to the airport and within easy reach of popular attractions. there were a few issues that affected our stay. The room we were allocated had some maintenance issues, with scratches on the walls and patchy sheetrock work. The hot water in the shower lasted only a few minutes, and the water pressure was inconsistent. Despite notifying the management about these problems, no immediate action was taken, and we were only offered a room change on the last night of our stay. the staff's response to our concerns was slow and unhelpful. We also encountered cleanliness issues in the room, such as the presence of bugs, which was a major disappointment. The hotel's practice of automatically charging the credit card for late, night check, ins without prior notification was also a surprising and unwelcome experience. while there were some positive aspects to our stay at Country Inn, the maintenance and cleanliness issues, as well as the lackluster response from the staff, overshadowed our experience. We wouldn't recommend staying here, as there seem to be better options available in the same price range.
