Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and efficient reception supervisor named Taysser. He made the check-in experience very smooth. Throughout my stay, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms, a wide variety of TV channels, and a luxurious bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a quiet environment. The breakfast buffet served at the hotel was also exceptional. The Four Seasons Hotel Tunis exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the friendly staff.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a nice view. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day.

There is a room lighting issue that needs to be addressed, as it is disappointing in all public areas and especially the landscaping.

The level of service at Four Seasons was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception and concierge were warm and welcoming. They were well-informed and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully designed, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The indoor pool was charming and the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The inclusion of a welcome fruit basket and local desserts in the room was a thoughtful gesture. The choice of L'occitane toiletries added a touch of luxury to our stay.

I did encounter a few minor issues during my stay. there was a miscommunication regarding my airport transfer.

The service at Four Seasons was exceptional. When we arrived, they had not included our pre-booked airport transfer in their agenda. However, they quickly rectified the situation and arranged a limousine for us. The front desk operators were very friendly and supportive throughout our stay.

Slow room service: the room service staff were quite slow in delivering our requests, which was a bit frustrating at times. Lack of variety in restaurants: the hotel had limited dining options and we felt that there could have been more variety in the restaurant choices.

The value for money was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean. The location had a breathtaking view and the staff, especially reception staff like Marwa and Ahdi, made us feel very welcome. The hotel has international standards and is truly luxurious.

The hotel had a luxurious feel and beautiful decoration. the staff was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. They gave us complementary bubbly and a fruit basket as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, with a stunning view of the sea and close to some great restaurants and shopping areas. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable furniture.

On the downside, we found that the hotel was overpriced and the food was mediocre. there was too much noise from other guests, especially during the Christmas period when children were running around and being loud in the hotel corridors.

The facilities at the hotel were outstanding, with a charming indoor pool and impressive breakfast buffet. The staff at the reception and concierge were kind, well-informed, and provided excellent customer service. The welcome fruit basket and local desserts were a lovely gesture, and the L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch. the exclusive amenities provided by the hotel met our luxurious needs, from the outdoor swimming pool to the beauty treatment and spa lounge. the restaurant and outdoor dining area offered special diet menus, and the service was top-notch.

Despite that, the staff was always polite and trying to meet our needs, from the bar/lounge area to the steam room.

The in-house restaurants, Creek and Azur, offer delicious dining options. the spa facilities and treatments are top-notch, with a huge indoor pool and a fantastic gym. The staff is very attentive and responsive, ensuring that all requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The breakfast service was lacking, with multiple issues reported such as delays in receiving hot water and a lack of dishes and utensils.
