My stay at C. Baldwin was absolutely wonderful! I stayed here for two nights and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff at valet parking was incredibly professional and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a pleasant and clean atmosphere. The location was ideal, offering a quiet and peaceful stay. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Some of the staff members were friendly and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the beautiful decor and contemporary vibes of this hotel. The views from the 18th floor were amazing, and the close proximity to restaurants and convenience stores was convenient. The bar staff was friendly and accommodating, and the shower drain was quickly fixed when it got clogged. The valet parking service was efficient and worth the $40/day fee.

The hotel staff was fair, but some were rude, which was . We had to wait two hours for towels, and there was no microwave in our $600/night hotel room.

The location of the hotel was good, close to many restaurants and within walking distance to some spots. However, it was situated in a business area, not ideal for leisure visitors. The rooms were adequately furnished, and the bathrooms were up to par. Breakfast was decent, and the service was okay. Neg: Unfortunately, the parking situation was not great, with no free parking available.

The location was perfect for the Houston Half, great for walking the dog, and close to the start/finish line. The hotel had an incredible view and plenty of natural light. Everything was well designed and comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Hobby Center and offers easy access to the beautiful trails along Buffalo Bayou. The rooms are nicely-appointed with comfortable beds and blackout drapes. The bathrooms are of decent size and the hotel's restaurant, Rosalie's Italian Soul, offers extraordinary Italian dishes made with local ingredients. The public areas have unique artistic touches and there is an outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy.

The valet parking service was a little pricey.

The newly redecorated rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. the hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout my trip. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to attend my business meetings and explore the city in my free time.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. there were no coffee pots in the rooms and no complimentary coffee or tea offered, which would have been a nice addition.
