This hotel had the best use of space I've ever seen with a clever design. The kitchen was fully equipped and the room never felt cramped. The location was perfect, near a hospital and within walking distance of grocery stores and parks. The staff, especially Skylar, were amazing and helpful throughout my stay.

We booked a last-minute stay at Towneplace Suites and were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. The hotel staff quickly solved an issue with our room, providing us with two connecting studio suites instead of a 2-bedroom. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms had ample space, including a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Despite a minor door lock problem, the maintenance person promptly fixed it. The only downsides were the lack of lighting in the seating area and the mediocre complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable accommodations.

I loved the clever design of the rooms which made me feel like I had different areas including a bedroom, living room, office, and kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils. The front desk staff, especially Tatiana, were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the convention center, which was very convenient. the space was utilized perfectly, and I never felt cramped. A functional "tiny house" experience that exceeded my expectations.
