I had a great time staying at IC Hotels Residence. My family and I stayed for a week and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The villas were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the wide range of activities available for both adults and children. The hotel's wifi was reliable and accessible throughout the resort. The spa was fantastic, and we also appreciated the complimentary transportation to and from the airport. The pools were clean and inviting, and the daily entertainment programs were a highlight. The all-inclusive meals and beverages were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The buffet was well-cooked and also offered the option to have meals delivered to our villa. The electric buggy service was convenient for getting around, and there were also taxis available 24/7. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for making our stay unforgettable.

We had a romantic escape and there were a couple of things we really liked about this hotel. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other nearby attractions. And lastly, we enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the hotel, as it was not overcrowded and offered a peaceful environment.

On the other hand, there were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. Secondly, there were limited activities for teenagers, as the entertainment seemed to be more focused on young children and adults.

The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide range of options available. The free internet was also a bonus, especially for staying connected with family and friends. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.

The SPA was a disappointment. The team was rude and unprofessional, and the massages were painful.

One of the best aspects was the delicious food options, especially for my picky partner. The room service was impeccable, with fresh sheets and towels daily, and a fully stocked mini bar. The location was ideal, with a stunning view and the perfect amount of sunshine for a romantic getaway. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the neighboring facilities for some fun activities.

There were a few negatives that affected our experience. the service at the beach bar sometimes seemed understaffed, leading to longer wait times.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel with lush greenery and well-maintained trees and flowers. The sitting area on the beach was so peaceful, perfect for young people like us. The Residence had all the activities we could ask for, and we could also use the facilities of the Green Palace. The all-inclusive concept allowed us to order fresh food from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.

There weren't enough facilities at the hotel, so guests had to use the facilities at a sister hotel. Some rooms had to share the pool deck with the neighboring room, which made it difficult to find enough sunbeds.

Our xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! We loved the swim-up rooms, which were clean and well-maintained. The pools and gardens were beautiful and well-kept. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the water park and private beach. we had a wonderful experience.

While our stay was mostly amazing, there were a few minor issues. the lighting on the decking outside our room could have been better, as it was difficult to relax around the pool in the evenings.
