had a fantastic summer at a beautifully well run hotel in Fethiye. Staff were friendly and always willing to assist. Immaculately clean hotel with delicious food choices. Entertainment team engaged well with the audience. Rooms were amazing especially the swim up rooms. Al-a-Carte restaurant was first class.

I got great value for my money at Jiva Beach Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of facilities to keep me entertained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The all-inclusive aspect was convenient. The pools were spacious and clean. Many activities for adults and kids all day. The buffet had tasty selections suitable for all nationalities.

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Felt welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a fantastic time at Jiva Beach Resort in Fethiye. Our stay was for 2 weeks and we were very satisfied. The staff, especially the male waiters at the Mediterranean restaurant, were incredibly attentive and friendly. The food in both the buffet and a la carte restaurants was of a very high standard with great variety. The portions of alcohol in the drinks were generous, and the bar staff were always on hand to refill. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short 5-10 minute walk to other bars and restaurants along the boardwalk. We would definitely come back, particularly recommending the swim-up rooms. Just be sure to request one with privacy as we had an issue with kids swimming in our private section.

Stayed at Jiva Beach Resort for a week. The man organizing day trips at the entrance was amazing, providing honest advice. Comfy beds, great food, and excellent cleanliness. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Well-equipped elegant rooms. Family-friendly with a nearby beach and good security. Unlimited beverages, ice cream, and cakes were a treat. A la Carte Restaurants offered professional service. Highly recommended.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, from the rooms to the entire resort. The staff provided excellent service, always with a smile. The breakfast had a varied and tasty selection. Gino, a member of the entertainment team, was brilliant. The hotel's location in a far northern area provided a nice escape from the crowded city. The hotel facilities, such as the pools and water slides, were enjoyable. There was ample parking available. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stop nearby.

Staff were friendly, attentive, and caring about food allergens. Hotel was clean with great food options and pools. Turkish tea was great. There were lots of activities and the waterslides were a hit. The girl in front of the main restaurant was helpful.

We spent New Year's Eve in a magnificent hotel with a marvellous view. We loved the complementary champagne and chocolate that was offered at midnight. the staff was very courteous and it is located close to the town centre, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. the indoor pool was heated and enjoyable.

The music in the lobby was too loud and it was sometimes difficult to have a conversation. the buffet food was repetitive and not very appetising.

I recently stayed at Jiva Beach Resort and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, set around a natural lagoon with multiple bars to relax in. The rooms were very comfortable, and the air conditioning actually worked! The food at the buffet restaurant was exceptional, with a great variety and presentation. The staff were always attentive and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. The main pool and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The animation team worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had a great holiday. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a bus stop just 200 yards away and affordable taxis. Despite a few minor negatives, I would highly recommend Jiva Beach Resort for a great all-inclusive experience. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely go back.

The location of the hotel was close to restaurants and Beklan Halil and Fethiye Calis, making it convenient for dining out or exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities! We were impressed with the impeccable service provided by the friendly staff. the Spa and wellness centre is a true paradise, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. the beach access is well-equipped, with numerous sun loungers and beach umbrellas to relax under.

The entertainment program could be improved as it did not fully meet our expectations. this is a minor issue that did not detract from our overall experience at this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort that rivals Caribbean hotels. The beach bar and lagoon bar were amazing, and the pools were large and sparkling clean. The food selection was excellent, with a buffet restaurant and poolside snack bar offering plenty of choices. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and our room was spacious and clean. We loved the towel art and the comfortable bed. The resort also offers easy access to local transportation, making it convenient to explore the area. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful vacation experience.

Our group of friends absolutely loved the location of the hotel, situated right on the beach in a peaceful area with newer buildings. The beach provided a stunning backdrop for our stay, and we enjoyed taking part in the ongoing activities such as aqua zumba and darts competitions. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day, and the breakfast spread offered a variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes.

We found that the variety of food options during meals was lacking, which was a slight disappointment given the otherwise positive experience at the hotel.
