I recently stayed at a hotel in Goreme and had an amazing experience. The staff at Osmanli Cappadocia were incredible, starting from the moment I emailed to request an airport pick up. Fatih and Yusuf at the front desk were extremely helpful and provided us with lots of information about tours and things to do in the area. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning terrace and views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exactly like the photos online. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable, helping us book activities at good prices. The breakfast on the terrace was also delicious, and the wifi was excellent. one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

The hotel also provided a smooth stay, with convenient parking and transportation options, and it was located right in the center of the town.

One downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so you could hear noise from outside your room. Also, walking back to the hotel at night could be a bit scary due to the dark and empty streets.

The owners and staff were exceptional! They were friendly, helpful, and had great English. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fast wifi. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a short walk to the center of town.

The recommended massage service was expensive and poorly executed, with unprofessional masseuses and a lack of instructions. However, despite these negatives, overall, it was still one of the best hotels I've ever been to.

The decor is fascinating, with views of hot air balloons from the rooms. The owner, Mr Mustafa, is incredibly friendly and helpful. The newly opened swimming pool is a great addition. Great location for watching the morning balloon launches.

The deluxe room I stayed in was top-notch, with a great jacuzzi and always hot water. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the breakfast was standard but satisfying. The highlight was the exceptional view from the rooftop, especially during the sunrise. I highly recommend waking up early to witness it.

The staff member at the front desk, Yasin, was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted me in finding the perfect tour at a reasonable price. I was impressed with his friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. I had a fantastic experience at Osmanli and would highly recommend it.
