I recently stayed at Ja Palm Tree Court in Dubai for 4 nights. The resort had a beautiful design, with waterfalls and a massive beach. The variety of restaurants and activities was great, and the food at White Orchid and the sports bar was brilliant. The resort also had plenty of bars and pools to choose from, and there were quieter zones available. The spa massage was nice, although a little pricey. The resort took into account its distance from the city center and offered free activities for longer stays.

I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near various places, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Guests can visit the animal corner with a small farm nearby, perfect for kids to have fun. the sports bar is just a stone's throw away, allowing guests to enjoy some drinks and entertainment. The hotel offers easy access to the water and beach, providing guests with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate.

One downside is that the all-inclusive package has undergone some changes, which may affect guests' experience.

The value for our money was fantastic at Ja Palm Tree Court. The room was large, comfortable, and had an incredible shower. The location was a bit far from the city, but the beach right at our doorstep made up for it. The staff treated us like VIPs - helpful, polite, and always went the extra mile to make us comfortable.

The resort offers a perfect vacation for both couples and families with kids. The all-inclusive package includes luxury food, beautiful green gardens, and access to a pristine white sand beach. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, including water sports, tennis, and golf. The hotel provides excellent service, with a personal and respectful Butler Service that goes above and beyond to cater to your needs. The staff, such as John, Murad, and Basil, are friendly and attentive.

Spent an amazing New Year at this hotel! Loved the welcoming and attentive staff , they even gave us a refreshing drink and snacks upon check, in. the location was perfect, with beautiful gardens and a beach just a short walk away. the resort had a fantastic All Inclusive option, with a variety of restaurants to choose from for each meal. the food was top, notch, and we never had a bad meal. Plus, the daily sun loungers with towels and umbrellas were a great touch!

We did face some issues with the room door during our stay. Even after multiple attempts to fix it, the keys never worked properly, and we had to rely on hotel staff to open it for us.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the luxurious and spacious room, complete with a huge soak tub and separate shower. the room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's beach area was a highlight for us, with attentive staff who provided us with towels, water, and even an umbrella. We enjoyed lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views.

The location of this resort is great, as it is close enough to the shopping malls if you're in the mood for some retail therapy, but it's also peaceful and away from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped with plenty of storage space. The breakfast selection is outstanding, and there are many first-class dining options available. The pool and outdoor facilities are fantastic, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The resort seems to be focused on families with children, so it might not be the best choice for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Staying in the residence suites came with extra perks like a separate pool, daily cocktails, and a plethora of other complimentary extras. I highly recommend opting for the residence suites to make the most of your stay.

We enjoyed our stay here at this hotel, surrounded by beautiful palm trees and peacocks roaming freely on the well-kept grounds. The hotel features a lovely sandy beach with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The service staff, ranging from bell staff to waiters, are exceptionally polite and knowledgeable about the menus. Every staff member always greets us with a smile and couldn't be more obliging. There are plenty of leisure facilities available, such as a spa with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. The spa's manager deserves huge credit for the excellent work he does.

Although we couldn't fault our stay here, we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway with beautiful surroundings and obliging staff. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are clean, and the poolside snack bar offers a great selection.
