We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, close to several hospitals in downtown. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, as the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace where we could relax. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture added a nice touch. The complimentary toiletries and electric kettle were also a plus. We also enjoyed the entertainment options, with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV in the room. The carpeted floor added a touch of luxury.

My xmas stay was unforgettable! The rooms were always so clean and had all the essentials, including lovely shampoos and fluffy towels. I couldn't resist having the breakfast every day, as it was very tasty and fresh. The location was just perfect with plenty of shops and cafes within easy reach. The staff were the nicest too, always smiling and ready to help, which made me feel at home.

I would have liked to see some potted green plants in the lobby and corridors, as it felt somewhat cold without them. , there was a minor inconvenience regarding bed reservations, which wasn't that pleasant.
