the location, tucked away on a quiet side street that leads to a bustling shopping street, was perfect for both exploring the city and enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, always friendly and eager to make my stay enjoyable. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh options and attentive staff who catered to my preferences. the rooms were lovely, well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. the hotel offered excellent value with service that surpassed more expensive chains.

Everything about our experience was perfect. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and its attractions. the rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully designed. the staff went above and beyond, especially Ibrahim, who helped us retrieve our valuables that we had left in the hotel room safe. the customer service was exceptional, with the staff even being available through WhatsApp for any issues outside of the hotel. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the independent restaurant, which features cuisine from Antakya. we had a memorable trip thanks to the Westist Hotel & Spa.

From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Sinem and Kaan, made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so accommodating, whether it was providing room service or offering recommendations for things to do in the area. the hotel is conveniently located near all the amenities and attractions of the city, but still provides a calm and relaxed atmosphere. We also loved the restaurant, which served delicious food throughout the day. our experience at the Westist Hotel & Spa was exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

the spacious rooms were located right in the heart of the city, close to Istiklal Street. the reception staff, Sinem and Baran, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even provided us with complimentary bottles of water and helped us with bus schedules. the bathroom amenities, including the shampoo, conditioner, and soap, were excellent. the room was well-equipped with a mini bar and daily replenished bottles of water. the towels were changed daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was a real winner. Just a turn off from the bustling streets, it provided the perfect balance of being close to the action while still offering a peaceful atmosphere. the charming interior and comfortable rooms were also a big plus. Compared to other boutique hotels, the room size was adequate, which made our stay more enjoyable. Their willingness to assist with any enquiries or requests was greatly appreciated.

the lack of options to cool down the room was a real downside. With a well-heated room, it quickly became stuffy and uncomfortable, making it hard to relax and unwind.
