We had an amazing stay at The Westist Hotel & Spa. Everything about our experience was perfect. The hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the city and its attractions. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The staff went above and beyond, especially Ibrahim, who helped us retrieve our valuables that we had left in the hotel room safe. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff even being available through WhatsApp for any issues outside of the hotel. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the independent restaurant, which features cuisine from Antakya. we had a memorable trip thanks to The Westist Hotel & Spa.

The reception staff, Sinem and Baran, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even provided us with complimentary bottles of water and helped us with bus schedules. The bathroom amenities, including the shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The room was well-equipped with a mini bar and daily replenished bottles of water. The towels were changed daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.
