We recently stayed at a resort in Side and had a fantastic experience at Tui Magic Life Jacaranda. The room we had was spacious and modern, and the overall look of the resort was impressive. The food at the main restaurant was delicious and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly and helpful, creating a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The architecture of the pool and the beautiful gardens with palm trees added to the overall charm of the place. We also appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives, such as recycling plastic and paper. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Tui Magic Life Jacaranda.

The property was clean, with hand sanitizing stations present throughout the resort. The rooms were amazing, and there was lots of space around the pool and on the beach due to limited guest numbers. The buffet offered a wide range of foods, and the 3pm ice cream was a favorite treat.

There was no soundproofing on the room doors, making it easy to hear noise from the corridor. The receptionists were not fully aware during check-in, causing initial confusion with our reservation.

Spacious rooms, festive atmosphere, delicious homemade food, attentive staff, and great facilities. Ample gym with free weights and machines.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of amenities and activities offered at the hotel. The pools and sports facilities were fantastic, and we enjoyed spending time at the beach as well. The entertainment program was engaging and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a great time.

It felt like a home away from home, with no complaints.

We celebrated New Year at the hotel and it was the best New Year in our life! The lobby, rooms, and restaurant were beautifully decorated, creating a New Year's fairy tale atmosphere. Each room had champagne, wine, fruit, and Belgian chocolate waiting for us. The rose petals, swans, and Christmas tree in the rooms added to the festive ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful, resolving any questions we had quickly. The New Year's Eve gala dinner was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel had a wonderful SPA, a large beach, and daily entertainment programs. our stay at the hotel was amazing!

During our romantic escape, my partner and I were thrilled with the delicious and varied food that was available every day. the view from our deluxe double room was simply stunning and the beach was well-kept and clean. We also enjoyed the animators' program which provided unique experiences for us.

We also noticed that the plates for food were not always clean. We were hoping for warmer water in the pools as they were quite cold during our stay.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities that fulfill exclusive needs. We enjoyed the excellent service from the staff who were always helpful and friendly. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, complete with a sauna and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The beach access was also very convenient and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was a great place to relax. The presence of a beauty treatment area with make-up services was a surreal experience.

While we had an overall great experience, the Wi-Fi Internet connection was poor.

Great location, variety of food, clean facilities, friendly staff, good WiFi, fun activities.
