I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The mattresses had stains, the bathroom lacked proper stocking, and the shower was visibly dirty. The worst was spotting a roach in the AC—totally a dealbreaker for me!

The kids had a blast with the free evening popcorn and the great breakfast spread with plenty of choices. Our room was spotless and super comfy, with cozy beds and pillows that felt like clouds.

Rooms are sizable and beautifully decorated with bear pictures, which add a charming touch. While the beds are comfortable, they do feel crown-like, making it tricky for couples to find a comfy middle ground. A leaky roof caused some disturbance, and the staff seemed aware but didn't preemptively move us. Breakfast was a highlight—lots of tasty options and great service. The live music was a delightful surprise during the rain. Just a heads-up about the hot tub being overrun by kids, but I still had a pleasant time overall.

Fantastic location. Easy access to Dollywood and local attractions. The hot breakfast from 7-10 am is impressive—waffles, biscuits and gravy, and fresh fruit. A definite highlight for my niece. Cookies at 4 pm and popcorn from 7-10 pm? Delightfully indulgent. The fire pit area is perfect for relaxation, especially with ducks nearby. Rooms are clean and quiet, though a bit cramped. Shower grout needs attention, and the bathroom layout is tight—just an FYI. Staff were mostly friendly; one encounter was slightly off-putting. Sound doesn’t travel well, and hallway noise can disrupt sleep. Would appreciate thicker doors next time.

The welcoming staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and fun amenities like the popcorn evenings made my experience unforgettable. Although there were a few minor issues with traffic and room temperature, overall, it was the best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Can't wait to return!

The lobby greeted us like an old friend, cozy and inviting. Mornings were a treat with a scrumptious breakfast buffet and evenings were made special with popcorn in hand while watching the ducks by the river. We loved unwinding in the swings with our kids—so many cherished moments and laughs together!

Check-in was quick. Upgraded to a river view room with a balcony. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The hot breakfast was always well stocked with plenty of choices and cookies in the afternoon. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit area for relaxing at night. Great location too!

The inn's fantastic riverside setting offers stunning views of the mountains and is just a few steps from great attractions like Christmas Place and the Smith Family Show, making it super easy to explore everything the area has to offer; plus, the room was clean and well-appointed with nice features like USB plugs, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker for added convenience, and breakfast was a real treat with a selection that surpassed any normal complimentary offerings.
