The noise level from the nearby Amtrak station and street racing outside the hotel was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep.

The lady with the dark skin and black hair was always smiling and ready to assist, making our stay extra pleasant. We appreciated the stand-in shower, and the location was convenient. However, there was a mix-up with our room assignment, and a mildew smell in the AC was a minor hiccup, but overall didn't ruin our enjoyable stay. 🌟

The reliable complimentary high-speed Internet access was essential for business needs. The hotel's location near the Spectrum Center was convenient for attending events.

The one service I missed for my work was a quiet and private meeting space within the hotel for business discussions and meetings.

My room was excellent for my stay with my daughter. The front desk staff, particularly JJ, was very helpful during our conference trip. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance to attractions and dining options. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and the staff was accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation facilities and the nearby landmarks, such as the Mint Museum Uptown and Discovery Place Science, which added to our family bonding experience.

The Bank of America Stadium, home to the Carolina Panthers, was just a short walk away from the hotel. It made catching an exciting NFL game with the family very convenient. The vibrant atmosphere and the energy of the fans really enhanced our experience.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Charlotte-Center City during a layover and found the location to be convenient. With the Doubletree By Hilton Charlotte City Center only 15 km away from Charlotte Douglas International, and just a 5-minute walk from 7th Street, it made my transit smooth.

One minor inconvenience was the noise from cars with heavy mufflers late at night, disturbing my sleep. the bathroom was on the small side.

Starting the day with a delightful Italian breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was like a symphony for my taste buds. The authentic flavors crafted by Chef Luca Annunziata were an absolute delight, making it feel like I was savoring each note of a finely composed melody.

The rooftop area was awesome. Loved the look and feel of the room. The bed was suuuuper comfy, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The food was AMAZING and fairly priced. Room service was fast, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Location was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel.
