During my recent stay, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of the location, facilities, and services provided. The hotel is situated at a vibrant area in the city and is just behind the main bus station, making it extremely convenient for me to explore the city. Additionally, the staff members here are amazing. They helped me with my reservation and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as an air conditioning system, a television, and an electric kettle. The housekeeping service was also prompt and efficient, maintaining the cleanliness of my room every day.

I had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend it to my friends who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

As youngsters, we loved the convenient location of Al Rawda Arjaan. It was just a 5-minute walk from Al Wahda Mall, which gave us easy access to shopping and a variety of restaurants. The on-site restaurant had a good selection of food at a reasonable price. The hotel also provided an extra bed for my kid, which was a nice touch. The staff and management were courteous and quickly resolved any issues we had during check-in.

The room was spacious and comfortable with complimentary treats. The hotel was located in a prime spot, easily accessible to the mall and plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and willing to help.

The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to the right temperature, and there was a bathroom leak overnight, which was promptly fixed in the morning. Unfortunately, the government permit requirements caused us to cancel our plans early, but we couldn’t get a refund.

We stay close to a major shopping mall, Al Wahda mall, which made it easy to shop for our needs. We could also enjoy the spectacular view of the nearby mosque while relaxing in our spacious and clean room. The kind and attentive staff took extra steps to make our stay comfortable, including serving us delicious breakfast every morning.

One slight inconvenience was that we had to pay for wifi, while it is usually complimentary in most hotels.

The room had all the necessary amenities including a fridge, electric cooktop, and a washing machine. The location next to a mall was convenient for shopping. I recommend this hotel.
