We had an amazing time during our romantic escape! The hotel had a great vibe and atmosphere, perfect for a couples getaway. The location was fantastic, with everything we wanted to see and do within walking distance. We loved the water fill ups and reusable bottles, it was such a nice touch and kept us hydrated after our nights out.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The communication with the back office staff was not great, as they did not respond to our emails. It was also frustrating to be charged in advance for our stay, when we had booked to pay on arrival. Additionally, we had some issues with the mini bar charges, which had to be sorted out upon our return home.

Comfortable beds, lovely decor, hospitable staff, great location, wonderful continental breakfast, in-room coffee service, auto shades, seating area, marble-tiled bathroom, lots of lounge space, historic charm, friendly doormen and valet staff, options for food/drink on site.

We had a wonderful stay at Noelle, Tribute Portfolio in Nashville. The newly refurbished hotel had a modern and chic decor that we absolutely loved. The room amenities were great, especially the coffee service for our early mornings. The location was perfect, being close to downtown. The concierge and reception staff were attentive and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Broadway and Downtown attractions. The staff in all areas were helpful and friendly. The room amenities, like the comfortable bed and air conditioning, provided enhanced comfort. I loved the coffee shop and bar/lounge area for a relaxing drink or meal. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great bonus.

The staff, both at the restaurant and bar, were excellent. Tameca, in particular, stood out with her friendly and competent service during breakfast. The gift shop attendant was also friendly and helpful. The valet staff were friendly and competent as well. The rooms were terrific with well-appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel had a wonderful continental breakfast with good food. The property had a unique historic aspect and intriguing amenities like rooftop and basement bars. The staff were accommodating and attentive, making for an enjoyable stay.
