The rooms were flawless, with simple and elegant decor. Everything was clean and sharp looking. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel had a great location, close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was superb, with delicious food prepared as ordered.

The TVs in the rooms were a bit too small and not in proportion to the room size. the automatic computerized charge for the mini bar was a bit quirky, although they promptly reversed the charges when we didn't use it.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a bed that provided a luxurious experience. Despite being low-budget travelers, we were still able to enjoy the amenities and facilities offered by the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our requests and provide useful information about attractions in the area. The hotel's location in Georgetown was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and nearby monuments and museums.

What a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown! From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our every need was taken care of. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a delicious brunch at Seasons, and the Bourbon steak was also top-notch. The central location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to monuments and museums. We will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing few days at the Four Seasons in Georgetown. The location was perfect for exploring Washington's museums and landmarks. The hotel services were outstanding, from the helpful concierge to the luxurious rooms and comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel. it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel provided everything we asked for and pointed us in the right direction for attractions. The staff went above and beyond, sending cookies, tea, and chocolates to our room when we arrived in bad weather with a sick child. They even tracked down cold supplies for us without charging. The location is centrally located near restaurants and not far from monuments and museums. We would definitely return.

Perfect location: the hotel was conveniently located near shops and within walking distance of various monuments and attractions. Comfortable bed and good coffee: the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the in, room coffee machine brewed a delicious cup of coffee.

Outdated facilities: the hotel was in need of renovation, with old gym equipment and bathroom tiles that had sloppy grout work. Lack of investment: It was frustrating to see the lack of investment in maintaining the hotel, especially considering the high price of the rooms.
