It is also adjacent to a city market, offering a wide range of dining options. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to the Freedom Trail allows for easy access to explore the city's historic sites. Additionally, the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a long day of exploring.

The lobby area is quite small and lacks seating, making it inconvenient for guests who need to wait for others in their room.

The location cannot be beat- close to everything we wanted to see. Self-parking across the street was convenient and the staff was warm and helpful. Our every need was met, even given a cold bottle of water after my morning run. Incredible stay!

As youngsters, we loved the friendly and welcoming staff, from the bell men to the front desk and even the cleaning crew. The hotel had a great ambiance with a cozy fire in the lobby and a fruit bowl at the desk. The location was perfect, with popular areas like the North End, Financial District, and Waterfront just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed. The balcony offered a great view of major landmarks and everything looked beautiful at night with all the lights.

The temperature in the room was a bit warm and made it hard to sleep. Also, the noise level from the streets at night disrupted our sleep.

As we came to experience the Boston Marathon, the location of this hotel was perfect for us. The staff were excellent, upgrading our room for free and providing efficient service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a great view from our room's small balcony. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant staff were welcoming. The valets and bar staff were also wonderful, providing friendly assistance. we couldn't have been happier with our choice and will definitely return. Bruce at the front desk was particularly pleasant and helpful, answering all our questions.

Expensive parking, Garbage area was disgusting, Unreliable door lock, Terrible Wi-Fi connection, Outdated rooms. However, I was disappointed with the expensive parking fee. The QR code for entry into the parking garage did not work properly, resulting in additional charges on my card. The hotel staff was unable to assist and the contact number provided was unresponsive. The view from my room of the garbage area was unappealing, with trash scattered all over the ground. The door in my room did not lock properly, despite multiple attempts to secure it. The front desk was unhelpful in resolving this issue. The Wi-Fi in the room was also unreliable, forcing me to go down to the lobby for a connection. The outdated rooms did not live up to my expectations, although they were spacious and had a nice balcony.
