We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. Everything was within walking distance - the mall, the metro, and plenty of restaurants. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, although it would have been nice to have microwaves. the service was exceptional, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious, and we loved spending time at the inviting rooftop bar and pool. it was a good value and a perfect place for us and our two kids.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly spacious and surpass those of most 5-star hotels in Dubai. They are also very well-maintained and clean. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Mall of Emirates and Al Barsha mall, with 24-hour grocery stores nearby. The staff, especially the reception lady called E , provides outstanding service and is highly helpful. The night manager, Mr. Walid, went above and beyond by upgrading my room, making my stay even more comfortable. These excellent services make the hotel my top choice now.

The room definitely impressed us, it was more than we expected. really cozy room, comfortable bed, and the room design overall. The boys at the reception were kind, gave us a late check-out. The pool is small, but the hotel's location is brilliant. Within a short walk, we could reach Mall of the Emirates, Ski Dubai, and the Metro Station. The spacious room and bathroom added to the positive experience. The friendly and helpful staff, as well as the free shuttle service to the malls and beach, were much appreciated. One aspect that could be improved is the wait time during check-in. It would be beneficial to have more staff available to process guests and reduce the waiting time.

This hotel has a great location, just opposite the Mall of Emirates which makes it central to attractions all around. The rooms are equipped with all necessary facilities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast served warm coffee & food is included in the rate, which is definitely a plus.

Complementary coffee and tea were appreciated and there were plenty of towels. the hotel was located close to a shopping mall and the beach was only a short distance away. It was nice to have access to a swimming pool and gym as well.

The room we were given had a strong smell of smoke and the night shift supervisor was rude when we requested a different room. Even though the hotel offered to move us to three other rooms, they all had the same smoke smell.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Mall Of The Emirates, offering stunning views from rooms 1319 and 1324. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the friendly staff made the overall experience enjoyable. I will definitely choose Elite Byblos for my future visits to Dubai.
