Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the entire staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and we appreciated the complimentary champagne and chocolates in our room. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Plus, the heated pool was a great feature for relaxing after a long day out exploring the city.

We had issues with our reservation as we requested a king-sized bed but were given a room with two double beds. This happened before during our previous stay at this hotel, making us question the reliability of their reservation system.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown Houston, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic - it is conveniently situated near Minute Maid Park, within walking distance of numerous downtown restaurants, and just across the street from the concert venue. Being able to explore all that Houston has to offer without worrying about transportation was a huge plus for me.
