The hotel is in a great location, right near Abu Dhabi mall. It is convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The rooms are nice, with a kitchen and dining area, perfect for families. The staff is friendly and check-in and check-out are fast and easy.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be too cold even when turned off.

We spent Christmas holidays at a hotel which was conveniently located near a mall, making shopping and dining easy. We also appreciated the free breakfast and Wi-Fi, since it helped keep our expenses down. The gym was a great bonus for keeping us active during our stay.

There were several aspects of the hotel that we did not enjoy. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust and sometimes made the room too cold.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. The luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities were well worth the stay. The stunning pool was the perfect way to relax and soak up the sun, and the Spa Centre was a true oasis of tranquility. The massages and beauty treatments were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I especially appreciated the private facilities and in-room breakfast, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

I did encounter one minor issue during my visit. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from my overall experience at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Rotana in Abu Dhabi. The staff, including Saleh, Phyo, and Ah, were exceptional - so helpful. They even provided a shuttle to the main hotel for us to use the pool and restaurants. The suite we stayed in was immaculate and well-equipped. The location was also great, with a Denny's downstairs and the Abu Dhabi Mall right next door.
