The hotel is in a great location, right near Abu Dhabi mall. It is convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The rooms are nice, with a kitchen and dining area, perfect for families. The staff is friendly and check-in and check-out are fast and easy.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be too cold even when turned off.

We spent Christmas holidays at a hotel which was conveniently located near a mall, making shopping and dining easy. We also appreciated the free breakfast and Wi-Fi, since it helped keep our expenses down.

There were several aspects of the hotel that we did not enjoy. the air conditioning was difficult to adjust and sometimes made the room too cold.

Spacious and clean suites, great staff, and convenient location near a mall. Good value for money and impressive views. Would definitely book again.

Even though there were some issues with the room, the staff was very helpful and attentive in resolving them. The hotel has great facilities and the location is excellent with direct access to a shopping mall. I would recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities were well worth the stay. the stunning pool was the perfect way to relax and soak up the sun, and the Spa Centre was a true oasis of tranquility. the massages and beauty treatments were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Rotana in Abu Dhabi. the staff, including Saleh, Phyo, and Ah, were exceptional - so helpful, kind. They even provided a shuttle to the main hotel for us to use the pool and restaurants. the suite we stayed in was immaculate and well-equipped. the location was also great, with a Denny's downstairs and the Abu Dhabi Mall right next door.
