The check-in lacked personal touches, no welcome drinks or cold towels!!! Communication about beach club usage was confusing, including minimum spends that weren't properly explained!!! Early morning noise from skydivers was annoying!!!

Had an unforgettable experience at the beach club. They were always by our side with ice-cold water, and the pool service was on point. Breakfast was a feast, iced coffee and fresh options, who could ask for more? Plus, valet parking was a breeze, no cost either, made everything smooth.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still reasonable for what you get.

Stylish hotel with a beautiful beach! We loved the room by the pool and the walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach and pool areas were so relaxing, I felt I could stay forever!

absolutely mediocre experience at delano. my birthday surprise was ruined by their staff’s incompetence. they also have the nerve to charge 150 AED for an additional beach bag, when other hotels provide better service for free. don't even get me started on the cold pools. i expected special treatment, but guess that’s just not in their repertoire.

The location is perfect, offering stunning ocean views. The staff, especially Candra at Zhen Wei and Krishna from housekeeping, are incredibly attentive. Dining at Hell's Kitchen was a delightful experience, with excellent service from Raymond enhancing the meal.

The slow internet connection was a minor setback during my stay.

staying at delano for 4 nights was incredible! the pools were spacious and so relaxing, with attentive waiters delivering cocktails and cold towels. the location near julius tower is perfect, and the staff are truly exceptional, ensuring everything from room service to transportation went smoothly. i loved the exclusive access to the private pool, adding to the luxury feel.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved every second! The beach was chill, and having waiters bring us cold drinks right by the pool was a game changer. Tried the in-room breakfast one morning, and it totally hit the spot. Just wish the elevators were a bit faster during peak times since we had to wait sometimes. Can't wait to go back!
