Staying in Beverly Hills for a mix of business and leisure, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the suite, which felt more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The staff’s thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruit and bottled water on arrival, really enhanced my experience. I particularly enjoyed the nice balcony area, and the warm ambiance made it perfect for unwinding after a long day. Despite a few minor hiccups, the overall attention to detail and comfort were definitely highlights of my stay.

Incredible staff, from the friendly porters to the helpful drivers! They provided complimentary treats for our special occasion, making our stay memorable! ! The spacious, beautifully decorated suite was just WOW!

On the downside, the only house car is limited, so you may have to wait for a ride. Additionally, while the restaurant is nice, the room service can be inconsistent in quality.

Had an amazing stay celebrating our anniversary! The suite was luxurious and they even surprised us with a sweet gift, which was completely adorable. It's definitely a plush experience worth savoring.

However, the noise levels made me feel like I was staying on a busy street corner—incredible views but a soundtrack of honks! Someone really needs to tell the windows that they’re supposed to keep the noise out.

l'ermitage beverly hills is a stunning property. it's just a short walk to superb shopping in the heart of beverly hills. the staff was incredible, especially stevie, who really made us feel welcomed. i also loved the eighth-floor spa with its relaxing vibe and great facilities.
