The design, spectacular bedroom, comfortable room with personalized pillows, 5-star cleanliness, diptyque toiletries, excellent bedding and towels.

It was all superb.

As youngsters, we had a blast at L'Ermitage! The staff was friendly, the hotel had a sleek, modern vibe, and the gym facilities were extensive. The Jr Suites were spacious and luxurious, with a separate dressing/makeup area and a full marble bath. We loved the TV in the bathroom mirror - such a cool feature!

Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was within walking distance to all the main sites in the city and close to a variety of restaurants in Beverly Hills. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel was in a very quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high standard. The facilities, including the swimming pool on the rooftop, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing environment. The breakfast offered was delicious, especially the waffles. The staff at the hotel were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests.

Not obvious to find initially, but once found, it was worth it.

During my recent stay at a top hotel in Beverly Hills, I was fortunate enough to experience their impressive Presidential Suite. From the moment I entered, I was in awe of the sheer size and opulence of the room. The suite boasted a spacious living room, a full dining room, a massage/spa room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large walk-in closet, an office. It felt more like a grand mansion than just a hotel suite.

Although my time here was short, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. If I were to rate this experience, it would undoubtedly deserve more than the standard five stars.

I had a truly exceptional stay at this luxury hotel. The beautiful and spacious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The convenient location made it easy for me to explore the city. The service at this hotel was top-notch. the staff was friendly, warm, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even knew our names and engaged in friendly conversation. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was away from the busy streets, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop pool which was heated, perfect for enjoying a swim even in cooler weather.

The only negative aspect during our stay was a minor miscommunication regarding checkout. Despite informing the front desk of our late checkout, we still received a call asking if we needed assistance with checkout.
