As longer term business travelers, we highly appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The high floor provided stunning views, adding to the overall experience. Quick response and excellent service from Miss Rageena, the room manager, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location near the World Trade Centre station was convenient for our business needs.

I've stayed at my favorite hotel in the heart of the city, a five-star gem with a metro station right at the door. The staff is attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet is absolutely brilliant, offering a huge variety of delicious options. The pool area is cozy and the views from the rooms are brilliant. The hotel is new and shining, and the service is excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough and will surely come back.

The room was enormous, with stunning city views. 24-hour gym access is an added bonus, and there's a great variety of high quality food available. Staff is extremely courteous and professional, making for an enjoyable stay. The pool area provides a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. A fantastic option for a luxurious vacation.

The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and a metro station, making it easy to navigate around the city. The rooms with 2 double beds, as seen in the pictures on the hotel's website, offer a nice view. Executive lounge access adds an extra layer of luxury to your stay, while the breakfast included offers many options to suit all tastes.

We had an incredible time at this place. The location here is unbeatable, with the Metro train station right next to the hotel. It allowed us to quickly and easily move around the city. The staff is amazing, providing an outstanding service making sure everything was up to our expectations. Additionally, the leisure facilities are top-notch, with a spa and an amazing swimming pool.

my stay at conrad dubai was exceptional. the staff was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the facilities were well-maintained, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. the location, just a short walk from the metro station, made it easy to explore the city.

Had a great time during thanksgiving at this hotel. Enjoyed two complementary facts offered that was such a treat! the location was perfect with so many attractions close by. the room was comfortable. the service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help.

The invoice details were confusing. All the taxes and hidden extras were very annoying and unexpected.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and luxurious amenities, including a TV in the bathroom and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast offered a good selection, but the highlight was the Executive Lounge with its complimentary drinks and canapés. The location, near the metro station, was very convenient.a great stay and highly recommended.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that meet luxurious needs with excellent service. the Spa and Wellness centre provides fabulous massages and beauty treatments. There is a Sauna and a Steam Room, outdoor swimming pool plus a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant offers delicious Halal food, and In-room breakfast is a must. the special diet menus are fantastic.

Despite the fantastic service and exclusivity, we experienced a minor issue with the lack of entertainment available, as there is no Night Club and limited leisure options. this hotel's excellent location means more entertainment options are within easy reach.
