The hotel had a great location, close to all the shopping centers and restaurants which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful view.

One thing that we didn't like was that there was no vent in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit stuffy. Additionally, there was no microwave or fridge in the room, which would have been helpful during our stay.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the John Wayne airport and surrounded by trees. The rooms are clean and modern, with an excellent view from the balcony and a walk-in shower. The staff is friendly and the breakfast, which includes fresh-cut fruits, is served and included in the price. Detail: The hotel is located in a beautiful and serene area of the Irvine Business District, with views of the nearby skyscrapers and airport.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel near the airport. The location of this place was perfect as it was in a business park with great access to ground transportation. I loved that it was close to the airport which made it easy to catch my flight. The hotel staff was very friendly and the lobby was beautifully decorated with comfy furniture. My room was spacious and clean with crisp bed linens that smelled good. I was pleased that I had access to netflix on the TV, although I was required to pay for wifi usage. The morning coffee and tea I could make in my room or get downstairs at the Starbucks was a nice touch.

As party people, we loved the vibrant lobby and pool area with lots of activities. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the teriyaki tofu and bang bang cauliflower. The staff was kind and accommodating, handling our large party of 14 professionally. The view from the room was beautiful and the room itself was very nice. The hotel provided a wheelchair for my partner, which was very helpful. The lobby's outdoor terrace with firepits was a great place to relax in the evening. The clean rooms had crisp, fresh linens and comfortable beds. I also appreciated the option to make coffee or tea in the room and the Starbucks on-site.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The restaurant had delicious food and a fancy atmosphere. The hotel itself was beautiful and the facilities such as the fire pit and pool/jacuzzi were enjoyable. The location right by the airport was very convenient for transportation. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport. these were the best aspects of my stay: the friendly staff, delicious restaurant, beautiful hotel, and convenient location near the airport.

Best aspects of my stay were the comfortable bed and the nice view from the balcony. The bed provided a great night's sleep and the view from the balcony was enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful pool that I found myself relaxing at. I was also impressed with the bar and the delicious food options available.

Worst aspects of my stay were the terrible customer service and the disappointing breakfast experience. The customer service was unacceptably bad as they changed my reservation without informing me and I ended up with a lesser room without any compensation.
