From the moment we stepped in, the staff were yellin’ 'Welcome' like we were family. Oh, and that breakfast buffet? I was fixin’ to pile up my plate with all them delicious options. Overall, just a downright delightful stay!

i had such a wonderful experience, however, the staff at breakfast were absolutely rude, clearly they need training in customer service. also, the ac in my room could barely cool, so i suffered in the heat. a simple room upgrade woudl ve been a nice touch, but apparently that was too much to ask for. just couldn't.

The room I stayed in felt outdated and overused, renovations are overdue!!! Tax confusion at check-in was unnecessarily frustrating!!! The pool area lacks suitable options for older kids. I expected a better pool experience, considering the hotel's beach access.

The location on JBR walk is fantastic, surrounded by vibrant shops and restaurants, and the beach is just a short stroll away. The spacious room boasted a stunning view, and the staff were incredibly attentive, especially during breakfast where the service felt warm and welcoming. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful experience staying in a spacious one-bedroom suite with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a vibrant walking area filled with shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Breakfast was a highlight for me, especially when I learned to try special requests beyond the standard offerings. The staff made sure I had everything I needed. Being someone who loves art and culture, I appreciated the hotel's location and how everything felt very accessible.

It was just a good match for a short layover in Dubai with excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, and having a coffee machine was a nice touch that helped start my mornings well. Definitely make time for the large pool area. it’s a great spot to relax.

the location is just amazin, right on the jbr walkway with tons of shops and places to eat. the staff were super friendly, shoutout to gigi for checkin us in so quick. our room was huge and spotless, def worth the price we paid. loved how many options there were at breakfast, everything felt fresh and tasty. pool and beach areas were nice too, perfect for chillin after a long day.

also, the wait for valet parking was a little too long sometimes.

We had a fab time during our short stay. The view from our room was really something special! Huge shoutout to the staff for being so welcoming, especially the girl at check-in with the cookies. The only hiccup was waiting too long for toiletries and slippers—we had to remind room service. All in all, a great trip!

It was just a decent option for a city trip in Dubai with reasonable value. The views from the rooms were impressive, especially at sunset. Make sure to ask for a room facing the water for the best experience.
