the staff seemoed overwhelmed, taking ages to check us in and misplacing our luggage for over an hour, how can a hotel not have that covered? breakfast was so boring and repetitive, definitely not a gourmet experience compared to what I expected. I almost gave a good review, but they definitely didn't make my stay feel special whatsoever.

Indoor pools were enjoyable. great spa treatments available.

i absolutely loved my stay at royal! the vibe felt just like a british estate. the amenities were top-notch, especially the fully stocked mini-bar and smart tvs. the gym had great views of the palm, helping me stick to my fitness routine. special shoutout to akram at the front desk for his exceptional service!

My stay was plagued by noise issues. The room I was given faced the mall, subjecting me to constant traffic sounds and late-night parties. The disruption peaked when nearby street work began at midnight, with incessant drilling that went on for hours. Furthermore, the pool and beach experience was chaotic due to a lack of loungers, exacerbated by a third-party operator's poor management. Even basic amenities like worn-out beach towels slipped through the cracks, making me question the hotel's commitment to a luxury experience.

Exceptional Experience with Outstanding Service

During my week-long stay, the staff truly made a difference, especially during breakfast, where I enjoyed an array of fresh, flavorful dishes. A special mention to housekeeping for their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our room was always pristine. Make sure to explore the beautiful pool areas for a perfect afternoon of relaxation!

The breakfast buffet wowed us with a mouthwatering variety of options including freshly squeezed detox juices and themed night buffets that highlighted different cuisines throughout our stay.

We faced long wait times during check-in, with a frustrating 45 minutes before getting settled and no welcome drinks offered to ease the delay.

royal has a fabulous location right across from nakheel mall. the main pool was fantastic, especially with its walk-in steps and the stunning infinity edge. breakfast each morning was a treat with so many options from traditional to fresh juices. the fitness center had great equipment and beautiful views of palm jumeirah.

the lunch menu could use a bit more variety.

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids too. To top it off, the newly upgraded room was incredibly spacious and had a stunning view of the Palm. It was important for us to have a family-friendly environment, and they nailed it with the kids' playgrounds!

Felt privileged, no complaint.

The pool areas were so good, especially the view from the outdoor pool. you just can't beat it. Also, the breakfast was a delight every morning, I made sure to grab a couple of omelettes and crepes even when I wasn't super hungry, it was that good.

Great location near Nakheel Mall. Kids loved the play area but pool had broken loungers.

the hotel was really nice and had a awesome location close to everything. loved the infinity pool and private beach, both were super clean. the staff were super friendly, especially the guys at the pool who were always there if we needed anything. rooms were kept spotless daily, could not ask for more! food at the restaurants was really good with different options every day.

I loved chilling by the infinity pool! There were always sun beds available which was great because my kids wanted to spend all day there. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too, and I appreciated how friendly everyone was, especially the staff who always greeted us with a smile!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the amenities, it was still acceptable.
