we were overbooked and sent to another hotel despite arriving late. the shower was not working, and communication about issues was poor.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service, particularly the valet and baggage service. The basic amenities in the room, including a coffee maker, were appreciated. My room also had a great view of the State Capital, which added to the overall experience. Furthermore, having breakfast included was a nice touch.

I also appreciated the free shuttle service, making it convenient to get around the city. The indoor swimming pool was a great addition, allowing for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

As women travelling alone, we felt completely comfortable and safe at this well-kept and beautiful hotel. The location was great and within walking distance of all the attractions. The hotel also provided plenty of towels, coffee, and tea. The workout room was also a good facility to have.

The hotel offered a great gym, which was a bonus for fitness enthusiasts like me during my romantic escape.

The AC unit in the room was extremely loud, which disturbed my sleep during the night. Light sleepers might have a harder time getting a good night's rest.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and very clean. The location was convenient, and the staff treated me with genuine friendliness.

The food for breakfast could have had a few more choices like pancakes and sausage.
