Staying at Voco Dubai, An IHG Hotel was a convenient choice during my transit, being only 400 meters from the World Trade Centre and 4.1 km from Business Bay. The spacious and tranquil rooms offered vibrant views of Sheikh Zayed Road and the warm Arabian Gulf, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay amidst the bustling city of Dubai.

The first night of my stay was disrupted by noise from the club, and although the staff promptly addressed the issue by relocating me to a quieter room, it came at the expense of losing the impressive view I had initially. Despite the minor inconvenience, the overall experience was marred by this disturbance, leaving a negative impression of the management's response to the noise issue.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city and reach shopping malls. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with fantastic views and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of tasty food that satisfies a variety of tastes. The staff members are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. Facilities such as the swimming pool and gym are well-maintained and inviting.

One small downside may be that the in-room dining team could benefit from additional training, as they sometimes forget to send dishes and plates, causing inconvenience for guests.

We had an amazing romantic escape. the breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We received complementary chocolates and a bottle of wine on arrival, which was a lovely touch. the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and we enjoyed the sunshine. It was also in a great location for exploring the city.

The pool area could get quite busy during peak times and it was difficult to find a spot by the pool. the air conditioning in our room was a bit loud and kept us up at night.

This hotel is amazing value for money! It's located right next to the World Trade Centre and has two nearby metro stations, making it super easy to get around. The service is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The basic amenities are great, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need. The breakfast has wide selections, with many healthy options and something for all tastes!

I had an excellent stay at this place. The location is really convenient as it is located along the metro line and there are two nearby metro stations. This hotel is situated next to the World Trade Center which made it easy for me to get around. The quality of service here is top-notch, from the check-in service to room service. The staff members were so polite and courteous here, especially Jerome from the bell desk or concierge and phone operator Jean. I was really impressed with the amenities provided in the room. I loved the sitting area, dining table, and tea and coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV was perfect for me to catch up on some shows. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace was where I spent the majority of my time. The entertainment provided during happy hour was great too.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Voco Dubai for a few nights with my family. The hotel staff, particularly Abdo, were very welcoming and accommodating. We were given a free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had beautiful views. The separate regions in the bathroom were a unique feature and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the hotel's pool and spa facilities looked top-notch. a wonderful experience.

For the value we paid, Voco truly exceeded our expectations. The room was fantastic with a breathtaking view, and the location was convenient with easy access to the metro station. The staff at Voco were incredibly friendly and treated us like royalty throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights, however, would have been even better with more vegetarian options.

The rooms at Voco Dubai were just so welcoming and cozy. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the room with natural light, and the modern bathrooms were perfect for a relaxing soak. As a vegan, I also loved the Antipodes amenities!

I personally found the lounge area a bit small for my liking, but others might still find it quite comfortable.

Fantastic hotel! Exceeded expectations - Deluxe Scenic room with amazing city view, luxurious bathtub. Thoughtful amenities - Chromecast, JBL speaker, free water, comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast with variety. Dream location - close to Dubai Mall, 20 mins from airport. Will definitely return!

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the professional and friendly staff, the swift responses and constant communication, and the complimentary room decoration and cake for our anniversary. The view, especially from the bathroom, was spectacular and exactly as seen in pictures. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was well worth the extra cost. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the metro station and offering a breathtaking view of Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Beach, and Burj Khalifa.

Felt completely at home, no reason to complain.

Pillows in the room were so comfortable, I had the best sleep in ages. The check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the unexpected mix tea from Sohail in the egg section. a great stay!
