The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with good lighting. the bathroom was clean and had a strong water pressure for the hot shower. the hotel had a safe and a small fridge in the room, which was convenient. the bedding and towels were clean and soft. the hotel had a great view of the volcano from the patio.

The desk help was not very helpful in suggesting or arranging tours. There was only one restaurant nearby, so dining options were limited.

We got great value for our money at Campo Verde! The room was spacious and well-appointed with a kitchenette and stunning views of the volcano. The location was perfect, just a short drive from La Fortuna, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could have been improved with a larger selection of hot dishes.

The views of Volcano Arenal from the hotel were absolutely stunning. It felt like having a front-row seat! The staff, especially Oneida at the front desk, went out of their way to ensure our stay was fabulous. The hotel provided AC in the rooms, which was a great bonus. We also appreciated the peaceful location away from the noise of the town and the friendly cows grazing nearby. The nearby restaurant across the street served delicious Costa Rican food, which we loved. The special touches in our room like ribbons and bows in the bathroom and towel swans made us feel truly welcome. a fabulous experience, especially for low-budget travelers like us.

Felt extremely safe during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Breathtaking Views and Amazing Location! We booked this hotel online and it was the best decision ever. the views of the volcano were absolutely spectacular, and we could even see it from our patio. the location was perfect, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of the city. We were able to easily visit all the nearby attractions and the hotel provided shuttle services for our convenience. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with delicious home-cooked breakfasts every morning. We also loved walking around the beautiful grounds and spotting the variety of birds. a truly memorable experience!

We loved the separate bungalows with parking right in front. The bed was comfortable, hot water in the shower was great, and the Jacuzzi tub was awesome. The A/C and TV all worked well. The view of the Volcano was stunning. Breakfast was also nice.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Costa Rica, and the location was on a par with the place I stayed at in San Jose but definitely better than where I was in Manuel Antonio. The hotel was situated on the side of the property closest to a farm pasture, and I could enjoy the peaceful surroundings and nature. The on-site 40 minute nature trail allowed me to explore the beautiful landscape. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a wonderful garden with a breathtaking view of Arenal Volcano.

That there were limited food options in the vicinity of the hotel.
