It was just a nice choice for a transient visit in Memphis with great value for the money. The restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating, making our dining experience enjoyable. Make sure to call housekeeping early if you need anything done during your stay.

absolutely discusting experience! had to wait over 15 minutes to check-in, with only 2 people working. and goodness, what was that smoke wafting through the corridors? how charming! by the way, a room upgrade would have been nice considering the chaos, but alas, the front desk was too busy to care. shocking!

I was appalled at the cleanliness issues during my stay. The elevators were dirty and it felt like the staff was indifferent to maintaining the property. We had to request toilet paper multiple times before it was finally replenished, and even then it was a hassle. This lack of attention to detail can ruin the overall experience, especially for a place that markets itself as a premier destination.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night escape! The proximity to Graceland is unmatched. Our pet-friendly room was clean, and the staff were so accommodating, especially the friendly restaurant crews at EP's and Delta's. Don't miss the buffet. it's surprisingly delicious! Just keep an eye on the hallway cleanliness!

Absolutely loved my stay! ! So welcoming and friendly, such a cozy atmosphere with great vibes.

the shuttle was a chaotic interrogation, not the elegant ride I deserved, and what was with the bar service? curtains closed in my face, almost as if I was invisible! i expected to be treated like royalty, yet had to fend for myself like a commoner. just couldn’t give a better review, i suppose.

The room was spacious and spotless, really enjoyed the cool vibe around the large pool with firepits. Oh, and the free PB&J and chocolate milk hit the spot! Live music made the atmosphere even better!

The hotel boasts beautifully designed interiors and started off strong with great service. However, the breakfast experience fell flat, requiring me to hunt for my own silverware several times and dealing with less-than-attentive staff. The location near Graceland is certainly a plus, though.
