Rooms were nice and staff were polite, especially the omelet chef.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The valet process was tedious and disorganized.

I recently stayed at Omni in Fort Worth for a weekend getaway. The staff were amazing, keeping the rooms clean and sanitized. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the convention center and close to the stockyards. The front desk staff, especially Katie, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost belongings. The check-in process was easy and the room spacious. a wonderful experience!

I chose Omni for its convenient spa during a quick getaway. The clean and spacious double queen room had a large bathroom with a helpful makeup mirror. Though the pillows were too soft, the bed was comfy. Valet parking was worth it, as self-parking was only slightly cheaper and further away. The friendly staff made our parents' weekend at TCU enjoyable. Good location near the convention center, despite not being as close to restaurants and shops as other hotels.

We loved our stay here. The hotel's location is perfect, right by the Convention Center and in the heart of downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service provided by the staff. From the friendly and welcoming front desk representatives to the helpful bell staff and attentive housekeeping, everyone was amazing. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-organized. We were thrilled to have all the amenities that we needed, including a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Great location, centrally located in downtown, close to everything. the hotel had a hearty breakfast buffet that was very satisfying. the outdoor pool area was great for relaxing.

Service was slow at every turn, from the valet parking to the restaurant staff. the valet parking was a rip-off, with the valets lying about alternative parking options.

Location and décor were great, perfect for my conference. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially valet. Spa was amazing, highly recommend. Bob's Steak and Chops had superb service and delicious food. Breakfast in room and buffet were both excellent.

Had a good time, two free drinks were offered on New Year's Eve and there was live music in the lobby. the hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the action. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. the pool and hot tub area were relaxing.

The room was a bit dusty and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. the parking was too expensive, and the valet service was slow to retrieve my vehicle when it was time to leave.

The bed was also extremely comfortable, ensuring I woke up refreshed and ready for the day. From the smooth check-in process to the efficient valet service, everything ran seamlessly. I particularly enjoyed the lively atmosphere at Whisky and Rye on a Saturday night, and Starbucks provided the perfect quick breakfast option. The panini at the hotel never disappoints either. my stay at Omni was awesome and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
