The hotel offered a wonderful surprise by upgrading us to a larger suite with amazing views. The breakfast at the hotel was incredible with plenty of tasty food and a great selection of healthy options. The hotel was conveniently located next to a metro station and within walking distance to a popular shopping mall.

The service at breakfast was slow, especially when it came to getting a cup of coffee. The drinks at the hotel's restaurant were quite expensive, so it might be better to go elsewhere for a cheaper option.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly approachable and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and were always available to assist. The location was ideal for exploring the city, especially for shopping and short layovers. It was just a short walk to the mall and close to the metro station, making transportation very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the pool and the work desk in the room, were top-notch. The breakfast served was one of the best I've had in hotels.

During our recent stay at Sofitel Dubai Downtown, we were delighted by the modern design and central location of the hotel. The rooftop pool, though it could have been cleaner, offered a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast at the Club Millesime and the room service exceeded our expectations with their delicious food.

The staff at this hotel were excellent, both the female canteen staff and the male receptionists. They were friendly and provided excellent service. The facilities were also very good, with a fantastic room that was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall Metro Link. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible by taxis and had ample parking available.

Loved the gym! They had fresh fruits and an impressive range of equipment. I was also happy about the location as it was so close to the Dubai Mall metro station. I had a fantastic stay!

This hotel is well situated right in the center of downtown. It's an easy walk to a nearby Dubai Metro station which is roughly 100m away. The rooms are modern with comfortable beds, well-organized workspaces, and open showers. Breakfast is a standout feature with great buffet options, and the staff is generally very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be more convenient, as it's located adjacent to a train station. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities I needed, including an electric kettle, a television and a comfortable sitting area. The staff here are truly exceptional, providing top-quality service with a polite and welcoming manner. They went out of their way to ensure that I had the best possible stay here. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa centre, were great for relaxation after a day of exploring.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with amazing views of the Burj Khalifa. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and bar, were excellent and provided a great place to relax after a day of trekking. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to Dubai Mall and AC inside the bridge.

Our stay at Sofitel Downtown Dubai was exceptional. The value for money was great, and the room was incredibly nice. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Dubai Mall with its amazing fountain show and stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. The staff treated us like VIPs, from the friendly and helpful front office team to the courteous and attentive housekeeping staff. Special shoutout to Mr. Wilson, Mr. Vel, Mr. Deni, Mr. Kumar, and Ms. Maricel for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. The facilities, especially the pool and breakfast area, were top-notch.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection.
