the young staff at the hotel were excellent, always willing to meet our needs and make us feel welcome. the hotel itself was more modern than I expected, but still tasteful in its design. the grounds, although mostly dedicated to the golf course, were lovely, providing beautiful views. the restaurant served delicious food, and breakfast was great with stunning views over the course.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the panoramic terrace at the View bar, where we were treated to efficient service and had a great time enjoying the views. The gym was well-equipped and allowed us to stay active during our stay.

The room was clean and spacious and the pillows were comfortable. the hotel is located in an excellent spot, only a short distance from the town center, making it easy to get around. the food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the seafood risotto.

The TV in the room was not well placed, making it hard to watch. Unfortunately, my sleep was disturbed by the stormy night.

We had the most perfect wedding day I could have wished for, overlooking a scenic golf course. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and provided good quality pillows. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal, with stunning views over the golf course.

The pricing of the menus in the bar and restaurant were overpriced and didn't match the hotel's reputation.

this stay at bury st. edmunds was exceptional - the staff went above and beyond and the customer service was top-notch. the free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise and the food at the hotel was delicious. the location was perfect with plenty to do within a short cab ride.

Noisy nights with thin walls.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect in my opinion. The rooms are laid out in such a way that everything flows seamlessly from the ceremony to the reception, with places for canapés, champagne, and photos in between. The outside areas are also perfect for guests to sit and enjoy their time here, especially in the evening if it's warm. One particular staff member, Mlayne, was a breath of fresh air and a credit to the establishment. Her attentive attitude went above and beyond the norm, just like the other colleagues who attended to us throughout our visit.

While I had a wonderful experience overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The spa and wellness center were great, but it was a shame that there were no loungers around the pool.
