I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the little touches in the rooms that made it feel so homely, to the friendly and welcoming service from the staff, everything was perfect. The location was also spot on, with the town centre just a short walk away and the beautiful sea right on the doorstep. Moreover, the breakfast served at this hotel was absolutely delicious, with fresh eggs and a high level of amenity. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great breakfast options and friendly service, plus a convenient location close to the town centre and beach. the room was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. I particularly appreciated the freshly cooked breakfast and the option for white or brown toast, as well as the easy access to the beachfront and nearby cafes.

The lighting in the room wasn't ideal for reading late at night, but other than that, there were no major downsides. While the water pressure in the shower could have been better, it wasn't a major issue for a short stay.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from Filey town centre, where we found a local pub that the owners recommended. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was well-cooked and delicious. We also liked that there were several bars nearby offering a wide range of international cuisine.

One aspect we didn't particularly like was the lack of a view from our room.

I had an excellent stay at Athol House in Filey. The service was friendly and thoughtful, and the decor and equipment were top-notch. I loved that the TV was smart and that there were USB charging sockets. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great selection to choose from. I also appreciated that the location was just outside the parking restriction zone, making it convenient for me to park my car. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the seafront, bus station, town center, and restaurants. I didn't have any trouble finding parking on the street outside. I had a fantastic time at this B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Filey.
