The friendly and helpful staff made my xmas stay enjoyable. They texted me to check my arrival time and ensured I didn't have to wait around. the room was clean and well-maintained with a fantastic shower. I was delighted to have a choice of two wifi connections, and I had no trouble streaming Netflix. the breakfast options were great, with a choice of cereal, fruit, or a delicious full English breakfast.

Finding the hotel as a pedestrian at night was a bit tricky due to the lack of detailed instructions. the lack of a lift could be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues, and some of the furniture in the room was in need of repair.

I had a fantastic stay in this quiet little town. the hostess was very sweet and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. the rooms were comfortable and had a nice minimalistic look. the breakfast each morning was excellent, giving me a great start to the day. the location was also ideal, with Birckenhead and Port Sunlight nearby for exploring. Plus, the River Mersey provided a beautiful backdrop for some great photo opportunities.

It would have been nice to have been warned about the plumber working in the room beforehand. However, other than that, my experience at the hotel was wonderful.

Stayed at this cozy and warm B&B for 6 days. Perfectly located near train station for Liverpool and Port Sunlight. Residential area with ample parking. Keys worked without any issue. Bathroom was spacious and fully functional. Great opportunity to retrieve baggage on check-out day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms, though needing an upgrade, were clean and comfortable. Personalized and enjoyable breakfast made by the owner. Thank you!

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you're looking for good value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is quite good for exploring the Wirral and beyond, as it is close to a bus route and a railway station. In fact, it's just a ten-minute walk from a nearby railway station. The staff at this hotel provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms have everything you could possibly need. I particularly appreciated having an actual bath instead of just a shower. The rooms were clean and nicely laid out, with the only minor inconvenience being the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. The breakfast served at this hotel was absolutely beautiful, cooked fresh every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely use it again in the future, despite breakfast finishing a bit early for my liking.

That the rooms are located on the top floor with no lift.

I recently had a comfortable stay in a quiet location, just a short train ride away from Liverpool. The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to explore the city center within 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even taking my bag to my room. The breakfast options were diverse, and the coffee was excellent. Additionally, the hotel is close to attractions like Port Sunlight, adding to its appeal.

There were some noise disturbances during the night, preventing a good night's sleep. Soundproofing the rooms would greatly improve the overall experience.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was large, comfortable, well fitted and clean, and the breakfast was really homemade and yummy. The staff at this hotel were friendly and offered great service. Jo, in particular, was fantastic and went out of her way to provide helpful recommendations and even called us a taxi. The location of this hotel was brilliant. It may seem like a distance from the city center but it's actually less than 20 minutes by train, making it a great base for exploring the area, including Port Sunlight.

We had a warm and friendly welcome at this hotel in Bebington. The room was practical and clean, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were amazing, with a delicious full English available. The location was convenient, being just a 15-minute walk from the Merseyrail station, making it easy to visit friends in the area and also providing easy access to both Liverpool and Port Sunlight for road and rail transportation.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to explore Liverpool. It's conveniently near a train station, allowing easy access to the city center for shopping and lunch with friends. it is close to the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, which is beneficial for guests who need to be near this facility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast served is exceptional, and the hosts are friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

One downside is that the garden area could use some improvement and the front door needs a touch-up. However, this doesn't affect the overall quality of the stay.

The breakfast was nice and they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. the staff was helpful and responsive when we reported any issues. the room we were given was spacious and comfortable.

There were a couple of small inconveniences such as broken armchairs and a broken bathroom door. the appearance of the hotel could use some improvement, both inside and outside.

We recently stayed at the Bebington in Bebington and had a fantastic experience. Jo, the host, was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Her tips and directions for exploring Bebington and nearby Liverpool were exceptionally helpful. the property itself was easy to find and had good local facilities. On-site parking was a bonus for us. the breakfast served was superb and kept us energized throughout the day. We definitely plan on staying here again.

The bath towels provided were smaller than expected. There was no stand for the mirror when using the hair-dryer, which was a bit inconvenient.
