We stayed at a wonderful hotel for a weekend break and had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with incredibly comfortable beds that provided a restful night's sleep. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. We particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was a real treat. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a charming church next door. It truly was a memorable stay.

The highlight of our stay at Best Western Plus was definitely the variety of food. We were delighted by the fantastic selection available, which catered to all of our culinary preferences. From breakfast to dinner, the meals exceeded our expectations.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, like inexperienced bar staff and a broken phone in the room, the hotel promptly resolved the issues. They even upgraded us to a better room, displaying excellent customer service.

The location is also fantastic, set in beautiful mature gardens with different areas to explore. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, as they were polite and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, with a tree near my bedroom that added a unique touch. I particularly loved the spacious well-appointed bathrooms, which had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast, offered at a reduced rate, had a healthy option and I enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate served.

The waiting staff provided excellent service, despite the presence of a wedding party. The vegan menu was impressive and catered well to our daughter's requirements. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the beautiful garden surroundings, made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location on the outskirts of Sheffield, with easy access from the motorway, was a major bonus. Additionally, we found the staff, particularly Sarah on reception, to be extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly too and always willing to help us out with anything we needed. I also enjoyed the Christmas decorations around the hotel, really got me into the festive spirit!

Our room was very noisy. We kept hearing people talking and shouting in the corridor all night, which made it really difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The venue was absolutely beautiful, with lovely rooms and well-priced accommodations. Highly recommended for weddings. The reception staff and night porter were friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for families.
