were pleased to find ourselves upgraded to a beautiful suite overlooking the Winter Garden. The staff were attentive and friendly, yet there were minor hiccups with breakfast service. Overall, the luxurious atmosphere and amenities made it a truly enjoyable stay.

the pool was freezing, which is absolutely not acceptable for such an upscale hotel. and can we talking about the outdated rooms? Had an awesome group trip with friends! We explored the Tower of London and took a tailor-made tour to the British Museum, which everyone loved. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were really spacious. Don't miss the breakfast. it was a treat!

However, on one occasion, service was pretty poor. We had trouble getting a response when calling the front desk, which was frustrating during our stay.

the landmark was a delightful experience! the atrium suite was luxurious and right by the grand central bar and mirror bar. the staff provided outstanding service, especially at the winter garden restaurant, where the afternoon tea was a treat. we also loved the spa's serene indoor pool, a perfect escape from the city rush.

Really enjoyed our stay! The family room was spacious and comfy, perfect for us and the kids. Breakfast was a standout – loved the options! The doormen were super friendly, making us feel welcome right away. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but no biggie! Can't wait to visit again.

Had a lovely time staying in adjoining rooms with the family the staff treated us like royalty especially Maria at Reception who set the tone from the beginning. The breakfast in the Winter Garden was such a treat the buffet was loaded with options and I was practically drooling over the selection.
