We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by attractive gardens in a beautiful area. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were all very helpful and gave good service with a positive and professional manner. The room we stayed in was lovely, with great views over the gardens. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a range of facilities to enjoy, such as an indoor swimming pool and a spa. The restaurant offered delicious food with a good atmosphere and ambiance. our stay here was fantastic and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.

our stay at billesley manor was truly exceptional. from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us. the breathtaking views from our room added to the overall charm of the experience. the highlight was the top-notch wifi connection, although it was on an insecure network.

Despite the spa being closed for renovation, we were able to enjoy the facilities of a nearby spa at a discounted rate. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The value for money at Billesley Manor was great, with a comfortable room and a beautiful location surrounded by sheep and ducks. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help.

The breakfast option could be improved with a bit more variety.

Excellent staff immediately moved us to a room with walk-in shower. Delightful warm swimming pool. Lovely grounds. Very friendly spa staff. Big rooms with bath and overhead shower. Great breakfast. Fantastic shower and bath.

We chose this hotel due to its convenient location close to the event we were attending. Despite the ongoing renovations, the temporary reception was easily accessible. Our room was clean and spacious, with a lovely garden view. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the daily supply of bottled water was a nice touch. The facilities, such as the pool and sauna, were well-maintained and added to our comfortable stay.

the constant service charge added to every meal was a bit of a nuisance.

The location of the hotel was excellent, providing a quiet and rural setting while still being close to the attractions. The topiary gardens and ancient chapel were interesting to explore. having the option to take a swim before breakfast on the terrace was a refreshing start to the day.

The lighting in the bedroom was very poor, with no overhead lighting and limited light from the bedside lamps. The spa changing facilities, particularly the showers, were also in need of attention.

I recently stayed at Billesley Manor for a relaxing weekend getaway. The deluxe room with garden views was worth the extra cost, and the spa massage and facial were incredibly rejuvenating. The dinner at the hotel was outstanding, with the best steak and lamb we've had in a long time. The ambiance throughout the hotel was fantastic, and the barman even went the extra mile to make our hot chocolate extra special. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a great selection.

We spent our New Year getaway at a lovely countryside hotel. The building was beautiful and had a spa that we enjoyed. The staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The food was great for both breakfast and dinner. we appreciated the selection of cocktails at the bar.

Although it was large, it was quite old and outdated. The bathroom had a musty smell and the shower didn't have enough pressure.
