We loved everything about this place! From the warm welcome we received from Barbara to the comfortable and well-decorated rooms, our stay was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfy and the hot shower in the morning was fantastic. We also enjoyed having breakfast in the communal dining room and chatting with other guests. The location, right on the banks of Loch Lomond, was ideal and a great stopping point for our travels further north. Barbara's partner, Thorsten, was also very helpful.

Spent Easter at a lovely lodge nestled by the shore of a beautiful Loch. Proximity to hiking trails and outdoor activities was unbeatable. The immaculate facilities, including eco-friendly amenities, and great value for money set it apart from other places. Hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The peace was disturbed by noisy guests that kept us up until late into the night. Not the hotel's fault, but it made for a less enjoyable stay.

The room at Birchwood Guest Lodge was immaculate, with attention to detail and cleanliness that exceeded my high standards. The open plan bathroom was modern and the power shower was a luxurious touch. The fan provided relief after a long drive. it was a wonderful stay.

I had difficulty converting the beds from sofas to beds upon arrival, which was overwhelming for me as an autistic individual. Despite explaining my situation, the owner continued to provide lengthy instructions, making me feel uncomfortable.

The room was quite small and lacked storage space for bags and belongings. The beds, although cleverly designed, were not very comfortable as both benches and beds.
