I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable and clean, with fresh linen and towels provided daily. The bathroom was modern and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious foods, both hot and cold, and the presentation was top-notch. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was not far from Tunbridge Wells and had easy access to major roads. Additionally, there was convenient parking available right beside the hotel, making it convenient for those with hire cars. The quiet and secluded village where the hotel is located created a pleasant and relaxing environment.

the room was really nice and had all the amenities I needed, like a hair dryer and tea and coffee facilities. the hotel was conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to explore the surrounding attractions. Lastly, I enjoyed the variety of choices available on the menu at the restaurant, which made my meals really enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay that I think potential guests should be aware of. the bed in my room was extremely uncomfortable and gave me and my partner a bad neck and headache.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect for us - tucked away in a quiet village but still easily accessible to all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel itself was situated at the back, providing a serene view of a grassy area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV. The service was exceptional, with attentive housekeeping and prompt laundry service. We were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff, however, could work on improving their customer service.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the A21, providing easy access to the concert venue at Bedgebury Pinetum. It is also close to the places we wanted to visit, making it a convenient choice for our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great bathroom and shower. I stayed at the Camden Arms for six nights in late September. The location was perfect, with easy access to Kent and Sussex. The hotel oozed character and our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were excellent, offering a wide choice, as did the restaurant with its varied menu. The staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. We loved the cosy room, toiletries provided, and the fabulous walk-in shower. The restaurant had a lovely vibe, always busy and full of happy customers.

Totally recommend this hotel.

my recent stay in royal tunbridge wells was truly exceptional thanks to the charming and helpful staff at camden arms. the spacious and clean room, along with the delicious breakfast, surpassed all my expectations. i highly recommend this attractive hotel and can't wait to visit again.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-appointed. The bathroom was excellent with a spacious and powerful shower. The food was good overall, with a great choice for both the main and children's menus. The staff were amazing, providing a warm welcome and creating a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was top-notch, with fresh local produce and no long waits. The bed was beautifully comfortable and the room had nice amenities like an iron and coffee machine.

Room felt a bit small and airless, wished it had better air circulation or A/C. Coffee maker needed a refill, provided enough for one person only.
