We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Conwy. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room and rest of the hotel were cozy and comfortable, with nice touches. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Conwy, as it was within walking distance of the walled town with its historic charm and plenty of local restaurants and pubs. The hotel also provided easy access to transportation, including the station and exploring further afield in North Wales.

For us it was ideal.

The cocktails were amazing, especially the lemon cheesecake. The espresso martini just needed a shot of sugar syrup to be perfect. The bed was big and comfy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the hotel had a great feel.

Lovely break in a great hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights and we were very pleased with the location, free parking, standard of rooms, and cleanliness. We enjoyed eating in the hotel each night, the food was very good. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast options were excellent. Plenty to see in the local area and easy to explore by bus or train. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

great atmosphere, friendly staff, comfy beds - exceeded expectations

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was impressed. The hotel is situated right in the town centre which meant that I had easy access to all the attractions. Although there were three flights of stairs to climb to my room, it was worth it to have such a great view. The service provided by the staff was excellent - they gave me a welcome drink upon arrival and were very helpful throughout my stay. My room was well equipped with all the amenities I needed, including an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and seating area. There was even a terrace with garden furniture which was a nice touch.

As a pet owner, I was thrilled with the warm welcome and excellent pet-friendly amenities at Castle Hotel in Conwy, North Wales. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a cozy window seat and nostalgic touches like old windows and latches. The hotel provided modern facilities, including a heated towel rail and ample storage. The small details, like fresh milk in a chilled bottle on arrival, quality tea/coffee, biscuits, and chocolate. The evening meal and breakfast were well-prepared and beautifully presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Although the entrance to the parking area was a bit narrow, it was manageable with caution.
