Located on a hill in a convenient spot close to the beach, this guest house offers easy access to everything in Lyme Regis. The comfortable rooms are clean and tidy with all the necessary facilities. The friendly staff provide excellent service, making the stay enjoyable. The breakfast, although lacking some options, is still tasty and satisfying. Plus, the beautiful sea views from select rooms add a special touch to the experience.

The bathroom is quite cramped and lacks proper ventilation, resulting in black mold.

We loved the innovative set-up of this B&B, with the freedom to use the shared kitchen/dining facilities. The cozy room had a lovely sea view and a home-from-home feel. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, even taking care of us when I fell ill and had to go to the hospital. The location was perfect, just a short walk into town with plenty of shops and eateries. The 24-hour access to the guest dining room was a brilliant feature. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had everything you could need. The choice at breakfast was great and we could have it whenever we wanted.

Great location just a short walk to the high street and the beach. Ali was a fantastic host and the room had everything we needed, including earplugs to stop seagulls waking us up. The breakfast selection was great, with a help-yourself option and some lovely room treats. WiFi and TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime were a bonus. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house, which was ideally located near the town centre and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The room was comfortable and had a great view of Lyme Bay. The bathroom, although on the smaller side, was very nice. The service provided by Ali was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was self-catering, but there was a well-equipped kitchen/diner available for our use. a great place to stay.

The bathroom could use some additional storage for toiletries.

Lovely room with great views and very clean and tidy. Short walk to town centre and seafront.

The bathroom was quite small and cramped. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature fluctuated.

The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the seafront, close to eateries and the town center. It offers clean rooms with comfortable beds, fantastic showers, and the benefit of a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of food and drink. The staff, especially the friendly housekeeper, provide excellent service and are quick to respond to messages.

The staff were nowhere to be found during our entire stay, leaving us without any assistance or information. The lack of Wi-Fi was very inconvenient, especially when trying to plan our activities.
