We stayed at Ednam House for one night and had a fabulous time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our dogs. The bathroom had a stunning roll top bath, though the shower could have been more powerful. The food in the bar and at breakfast was delicious, and the views of the gardens and river Tweed were breathtaking. The hotel's location was central, allowing us to explore the area easily. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff, river view room exceeded expectations. Cozy entrance and lounge with fires. Excellent breakfast with lots of delicious choices served by attentive staff. Enjoyed multiple stays over past 20 years, love the ambience and comfortable amenities. Would recommend and hope new owners maintain the essence.

Our stay at Ednam House was absolutely delightful. We were upgraded to a large river view room upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The view over the immaculate gardens and the River Tweed was breathtaking. The room had everything we needed, and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The hotel restaurant had a beautiful view of the Tweed, and the food was fantastic with decent portions and reasonable prices. The staff, especially our waiter Tommy, were excellent and provided outstanding service. We enjoyed strolling around the hotel grounds and the convenient location close to the town center was a bonus. a wonderful experience.

I had an amazing time at Ednam House! The hotel has a charming and homely atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The view of the gardens and river from my room was absolutely beautiful. The staff were super friendly and professional, always making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious and couldn't be faulted. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked welcome tray and a large en-suite bathroom. I had a fantastic experience and can't wait to go back!

my overnight stay at a kelso hotel was already great, but ednam house was even better! upgraded to a spacious river view room with amazing gardens. the bathroom was huge with a great shower. dinner had tasty food and reasonable prices, and tommy, our waiter, was excellent!

Continental breakfast arranged for early departure. Spacious, clean rooms, helpful staff. Lovely garden with great view. Easy walk to nearby castle.

The room had a huge bathtub, stunning views, and a unique shape with windows facing in 3 directions. The hotel had a great location, close to town and shops, with complete silence at night. The full cooked breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked food and local honey in the comb. The hotel had a comfortable country house ambiance with open fires and cozy armchairs. The gardens and river views were excellent.
