Aye, that heated floor in the bathroom was dope, kept it cozy, but man, that drip from the aircon was like a lil' rainstorm in there. The sofa was lookin' real tired, though. They gotta step it up with the cleaning, feel me? Still, it's a chill spot 'cause it's close to the city. Just some love on the maintenance would do wonders.

Chur, heaps enjoyed the spacious room and the lovely breakfast, but the building work below our room was a real downer. Service was choice, though!

Request a room away from the street for a quieter stay, as some rooms can be noisy from outside activities.

The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk along the river to the city center. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with very comfortable beds for a good night’s rest. The staff members were incredibly friendly and made my stay feel personal.

The check-in process is convoluted, with a separate building for registration!!! Parking is limited and hard to find!!! The decor feels outdated and lacks proper maintenance, making the overall experience less enjoyable!!!

Had a mighty stay! The staff were grand, always keen to help. Really loved the delicious Italian food at the café—properly made, I tell ya! Only downside was parking—bit of a hassle, but what’s a wee struggle when the stay's so lovely?

the shower had a bit of mould , but the staff were so friendly and attentive. the cafe had really tasty snacks and a good value for money. also loved getting a welcome drink and nice surprises in the room.

the cafe chairs are very plastic and could use some, you know, class. I didn't expect to freeze in march after learning about the heating issue. absolutely no upgrade or complimentary gesture given my obvious stature. you would think they would recognize special guests, but no luck! I almost wrote a good review, yet here we are.
