Stayed here before and it's still a great place. Directly across from my favorite restaurant. Waitress service for breakfast and hand sanitizer provided. Warm and comfortable rooms. Very happy to stay here again.

The room was spotless and had all the modern amenities I needed, and the delicious breakfast served by Sylvia set me up for the day. I will definitely be returning here for future short breaks.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a 4-star hotel in Skegness. The location was absolutely perfect - it was close to all the main attractions in the area. I loved that it was near restaurants, bars, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Plus, the hotel was just a short walk away from the beautiful seafront, which was a huge bonus for me. The staff at this place were exceptional - they provided excellent service and the housekeeping was top-notch. I was also impressed with the pet-friendly amenities available. They didn't charge any extra fees for my furry friend, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean and stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to my stay.

This place is conveniently located, close to all Skegness has to offer. The room was comfortable and well cleaned. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

The bathroom was extremely small and it was difficult to get in and out of the shower due to its size.

Clean, modern rooms with excellent amenities. Great location near shopping, attractions, and beach. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to returning.

From start to finish, we felt warmly welcomed at The Fairfax. Kath and her staff were friendly and polite. The hotel had a family feel and was impeccably clean. Our triple room on the top floor with en-suite was lovely, and the provided fan was appreciated during the warm weather. The daily housekeeping and fresh towels were a nice touch. The breakfast had great choices and the cooked breakfast was delicious. we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely return.

Had a fantastic Easter at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. The location was key, walking distance to attractions and the beach. The bed was incredibly comfortable, slept like a baby!

Honestly, there was nothing that I disliked about my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at a lovely place in Skegness. It was close to the seafront and had secure parking. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double room. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. The full breakfast was delicious, with local produce and even Heinz Ketchup and HP sauce. The pet-friendly atmosphere was a bonus, with a cute little dog greeting us at breakfast. it was a perfect stay.
