As a solo traveler, I loved the clean and functional room, with a small but well-appointed en-suite bathroom. The location was ideal, with plenty of parking nearby and a beautiful seafront just a step away. The check-in process was easy and convenient, with access codes provided for the building and room. Free wifi, a hairdryer, and tea/coffee facilities were also available in the room. a perfect location for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a well-appointed en-suite with a wonderful hot shower. Guests can also take advantage of the facilities at the adjacent hotel, including the restaurant and bar.

One downside reported by guests is the unreliable Wi-Fi, which may not be suitable for those who rely heavily on internet connectivity.

The shower was easy to use and had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade for a lovely morning walk. Plus, the room was affordable and comfortable.

It was extremely difficult to find the place. The directions could have been clearer and more detailed.

We loved the secure check-in and check-out system, as well as the friendly and efficient staff. The hotel's location near the beach and the beautiful night view were also fantastic. The Thai restaurant next door and the nearby fish and chips place were convenient and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a fan, smart TV, hair dryer, kettle, and tea/coffee.

We felt welcomed during our stay and the staff were always ready to help with any issues we had. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great experience at Guest Lodge. Easy check-in with keyless entry and no need to wait at a reception desk. The room was small but clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided, such as water, tea, coffee, fridge, and fan, were excellent. The bathroom was a good size, very clean, and the shower had good water pressure. Despite not knowing how busy the lodge was, it was generally quiet. The location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk from the train station and right opposite the sea.

I stayed at Guest Lodge for 4 nights and it was perfect for my needs. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and modern, with a great shower and a TV with plenty of channels. I appreciated the code system for late check-in, and the location near the sea was convenient. The management was responsive and helpful, and there were nice breakfast options nearby. a great choice for a weekend getaway.

We had a great stay at the Guest Lodge in Penzance. The check-in process was easy, with pin-pad codes sent to us on the day of arrival for quick access. The room was nicely decorated with new carpets and clean, crisp sheets. Although there was no sea view, there were plenty of places to eat nearby. we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a very good night's sleep in a clean and tastefully decorated room at Guest Lodge. The hotel's location near the promenade was perfect and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. We were also pleased to find safe storage for our bikes. Despite some minor inconveniences, overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed 1 night with a last-minute booking—so grateful there was an availability! The “contactless” self-service worked very well. Compact room but immaculate and modern. Very conveniently located to the waterfront, so easy walking everywhere. Since breakfast is not included, it was easy to buy breakfast items at the grocery and use the fridge in the room. And we had a great dinner at the nearby Thai Moon restaurant. The entry to the building is from the alley and you would never know such nice lodgings are there! Staff were exceptionally helpful via email and went beyond expectations to help with two items of post - even sending the second on to our home address. The rooms were both very clean, quiet and dark at night - everything we needed for a great sleep before an early start to take the boat to Scilly the next morning. Would thoroughly recommend, particularly if like us you are looking for simple solution in Penzance before leaving to/after arriving from Scilly. Thanks very much!

We stayed at Guest Lodge and had a fantastic experience. The owners were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was impeccably cleaned every day and decorated beautifully. The highlight was the marvelous walk-in shower. We loved the location, as we could leisurely stroll along the panoramic seafront to find a variety of dining options. Plus, the reasonable price for a family room with comfortable beds was perfect for us, three single friends.
