The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide assistance. the accommodations were clean, fresh, and had undergone recent renovations. the full Scottish breakfast was satisfying, with plenty of healthy options available. the guesthouse was conveniently located, only a 20-minute walk away from the city center, with various pubs, restaurants, and shops along the way.

The website did not accurately depict the hotel, leading to disappointment upon arrival. the room was cramped and the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult for two people to sleep.
