We had an amazing time at Pyramisa in Sharm el-Sheikh! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Fatima from the dining department who went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a beautiful location. Special shout outs to Zein for organizing a birthday celebration and Mahmoud from housekeeping for keeping our rooms spotless. The facilities, including pools and kids splash park, were great. The restaurant staff, like Kamal and Ali, were always friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

This hotel is a true gem! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are spotless, and Muhammed, the daily bedroom cleaner, is a true artist! He creates different animals with towels and leaves them on the bed, which is a nice touch. The location in Namah bay is mesmerizing, and the view is simply breathtaking! Plus, the breakfast is great, with freshly baked bread cooked by a lovely lady at the poolside.

I had a wonderful time staying at a hotel with breathtaking sea and garden views. The aqua park was enjoyable, and the staff was welcoming. Chef Hana's bread was delicious, and Perihan provided exceptional customer service. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is ideal for snorkeling and the view from the room is amazing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. However, the swim in the sea is not available for non-swimmers without life jackets.

Felt like visiting family, nothing to complain about

From the warm welcome upon arrival to the quick check-in process, everything was perfect. The reception manager, Mr Sameh, and his staff were kind and professional, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The housekeeping manager, Mr Mahmoud, maintained a fresh and clean room daily. The food was delicious, with a variety of options prepared by the friendly staff, particularly Mr Zein el Abdien, Mr Aly el Sohagy, Mr Mohamed Abdel Razik, and Mr Ahmed Sabry. The animation team provided great entertainment, and the pools and beach were fantastic. Highly recommended for families.

Great location for snorkeling and diving with 3 schools around. Well-situated by Sharks Bay. Beautiful views of the sea from the hotel. Well-designed and clean rooms with powerful hot showers. Friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was incredible, with beautiful views and a beachfront perfect for snorkeling and diving. The staff were exceptional, from the professional check-in experience with Andro to the friendly pizza men Omar and the lady who bakes the bread outside. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel facilities, such as the heated pool and water games, were enjoyable.

Some of the staff, particularly in the front office and cashier, were not helpful.

The pool was absolutely amazing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. the staff at the restaurant and room service were very helpful and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile. the location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short distance from the airport. Plus, the facilities were top-notch, providing entertainment for both kids and adults.

The rooms and bathrooms were in need of some renovations. the furniture was old and could use an upgrade.

my recent stay at a beach resort in Sharm el-Sheikh surpassed all expectations. Pyramisa was outstanding with its friendly staff, clean rooms, direct beach access, and a variety of delicious food options. The activities for kids were a bonus. It was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.

One small issue was the lack of sophistication in the room and dining area, but it did not hinder the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff. the luxurious amenities and beautiful surroundings made this venue an unforgettable experience. the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool were top-notch, and the beach access was a lovely touch. the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided an exceptional dining experience, with a variety of dishes and drinks to choose from.

the entertainment offered was not quite up to par with what we had expected.
