Clean and well-maintained facilities. Excellent food options available for takeaway or on-site dining. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, were enjoyable. Beautiful location with spacious and nicely decorated rooms, including two bathrooms and a small kitchen area for convenience.

We loved the stunning views from our lodge and the spacious balcony to enjoy them. The well-equipped kitchen and dry sauna room were a bonus. The location was perfect for exploring Ballater and the surrounding area. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a beautiful area, up a steep hill, was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The staff were amazing and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. They were welcoming and friendly, always available to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We enjoyed the delicious food at the dining restaurant and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax.

The noise level was quite frustrating as footsteps and stomping were heard from rooms above and there was no room service available. , the journey to the room was not clear and there was no offer to help with the luggage.

Stayed in suite 31 - superb! Spacious room and outdoor deck. Fabulous pool with all amenities. Friendly staff and great service. Reasonable prices and good food. Spotless room with special anniversary treats. Early check-in and fresh milk for drinks. Overall above-average quality fixtures.

• The suite I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with separate living and sleeping areas. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, making them uncomfortably hot during the summer months. Even leaving the windows open and using a fan didn't provide much relief.
